Principle

This website works without cookies, without tracking and without analytics tools. No profiles are built and no data is passed on for advertising purposes.

Fonts

The fonts used are served from our own server. Loading this page establishes no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font service.

Hosting and server log files

When the page is loaded, the host processes technically necessary access data (IP address, time, file requested, browser and operating system details). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR – legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

Contact form

When you submit the form, the details you enter – name or artist name, email address, chosen package, optional link to the track and your message – are transmitted to an automation instance on a server in Germany and delivered from there to us by email.

• Purpose: handling your enquiry and preparing a quote.
• Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures), otherwise (f) GDPR.
• Recipients: no disclosure to third parties beyond the processors used (hosting, email delivery), all within the EU.
• Retention: until your enquiry has been dealt with; if it leads to an order, the statutory retention periods apply.

Name and email address are required so that we can reply. All other fields are optional.

If you write to us directly, we process your details in order to handle the enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR).

Our social media presence

We operate a profile on Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). If you visit that profile, the provider processes data under its own terms; this may involve transfers to third countries. This website embeds no social media plugins – the link is a plain hyperlink.

AI-generated content

We use AI systems to create the visuals. Content you send us (for example a link to your track) is used solely to carry out your order. Our customers' personal data is not used to train AI models.
